The Amador County Chamber of Commerce Trade Show Mixer provides an
opportunity for chamber members to participate in a trade show to showcase their products and services.
Increase your business visibility:
�� One-on-one time with potential customers and clients
• Provide hands-on demonstrations relating to your products
• Distribute literature pertinent to your services and merchandise
• Take orders and reservations for follow-up calls and sales
Space is limited, so get your applications in early. Register by mail, fax or online.
Vendor Booth Package includes:
Vendor Sign, 8’ Skirted Table, Two Chairs, Listing in Program
Limit 2 tables per member.
Rules and Information: Sales are allowed at your booths, but please, no cash registers. We will also allow food and beverage vendors but all items must be pre-approved. Booth cost is $200.00. Electricity is available for a $10 fee. All table arrangements will be assigned by the Chamber of Commerce. Materials or products must pertain to Member Business only. Non-member materials or participation will not be allowed. Registration forms must be completed and payment submitted prior to approval. Confirmation package and setup information will be forwarded following approval.
