FAQ: Answers to some of your questions:
1. What time can we start setting up our tables? Set up begins at 10:00 a.m. and must be completed by 3:30 pm.
2. Where do we park for set up? Enter through the back entrance (Rodeo Gates) park on the strip and unload everything from your vehicle.
3. What size are the booths? Each booth area is 10X10, with three enclosed sides with pipe and drape.
4. How big are the tables? Tables are 10’ long and will be placed in the side of each booth.
5. Are the tables skirted? Tables will be skirted and covered.
6. Do we need to bring our own chairs? Two chairs will be provided. There is not room for more.
7. Can we put a banner across the front of our table? Yes, as long as it is not stapled or glued to the skirting!
8. Will attendees have event bags? Yes. We will pass out bags at the door as the attendees/guests arrive.
9. Do you have to be an exhibitor to donate a raffle item? Not at all, but you must be a Chamber member. Any Chamber member may contribute to the raffle.
10. Can we sell anything at the Trade Show? Sales are allowed at your booths, but please, no cash registers.
11.How many attendees do you anticipate? Really hard to say – but in the past we have had two to three hundred attendees.
12.I signed up, but cannot attend now. Can I get a refund? no
