
Jack Mitchell to be honored at Chamber of Commerce
"Roast &
Toast" Golf and Dinner
Jack Mitchell, publisher of the
Ledger-Dispatch and chamber director will be presented with the Amador
County Chamber Directors Award (ACCDA) at a “Roast & Toast” Golf and
Dinner event on Friday, October 9, 2009. The ACCDA recognizes and
honors chamber board members who have demonstrated outstanding service
to the Chamber of Commerce on a local, regional or national level,
without regard to personal profit or gain.
ACCDA
recipients have given tirelessly of their time and expertise and
exemplify the ideal of "doing well by doing good." They have served
the Chamber of Commerce with great distinction and the Chamber staff
and fellow board members gratefully acknowledge the contributions of
this valuable volunteer.

Candidates for the ACCDA
must be a member in good standing, and can only be nominated and
selected by the Chamber staff and the Board of Directors.
